Christine came to us all the way from Montreal, Quebec. She wanted to try out the Cardio Med Bed and while here we learned that she had some calf muscle tightness and knee issues she decided we could address while she was here. The real results were noticed when she followed our advice during the treatment and following the treatment. The work was intense, but the healing was more than worth it. She found a way to release tension and issues from her past that we’re being stored in her body. While we worked on her body, she focused on letting go of these store emotions. Together, we were able to find massive healing and release of tightness within her tissues.

Your Heart Works Hard Every Day. This Is How You Support It.

Most people don't think about their cardiovascular health until something goes wrong. But for many of our clients — people dealing with fatigue, poor circulation, chest discomfort, high blood pressure or a heart condition that conventional medicine is managing but not resolving — the Cardio Bed has been a turning point.

EECP (Enhanced External Counterpulsation) is an FDA recognised therapy that supports heart health, improves circulation and increases energy — completely naturally, without drugs, without surgery and without a single invasive procedure.

You simply lie down on the Cardio Bed while a series of gentle cuffs on your legs inflate and deflate in precise timing with your heartbeat. This rhythmic compression increases blood flow back to the heart during rest, improving the heart's own oxygen supply, reducing its workload and stimulating the development of natural bypass channels in the cardiovascular system.

Many clients describe it as the feeling of a vigorous workout — while lying completely still.

And the benefits go far beyond the heart.

HOW IT WORKS

What Happens During a Cardio Bed Session

"Jason explains exactly how the Cardio Bed works and what you can expect from your session."
The Cardio Bed uses three sets of cuffs placed on your calves, lower thighs and upper thighs. These cuffs are connected to a computer that reads your heart rhythm in real time via a simple ECG monitor.

During each heartbeat cycle, the cuffs inflate in a precise upward sequence during the heart's resting phase — pushing a wave of blood back toward the heart at exactly the right moment to increase coronary blood flow and oxygen delivery. Just before the heart beats again, the cuffs release simultaneously — reducing the resistance the heart has to pump against and decreasing its overall workload.

Over a course of treatment sessions, this process stimulates the growth of new small blood vessels that act as natural bypasses around blocked or narrowed arteries — a process called angiogenesis. It also triggers improvements in the body's anti-inflammatory processes and boosts overall circulation throughout the entire body.

The result is a heart that works better, a body that feels more energised, and a level of cardiovascular support that no pill can replicate.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Most patients experience positive results and report significant improvements such as:

  • A significant reduction in the number and intensity of angina episodes, including decreased chest pain
  • Increased energy
  • Increased circulation
  • Increased oxygen to the heart
  • Overall improvements in the body’s anti-inflammatory processes

Cardio Bed Therapy (EECP) is often described as intense exercise while laying down. If your cardiovascular health is compromised, you may feel tired after the first few sessions. This is normal, especially if you haven’t been exercising. Usually, after a few sessions you will begin to notice a increase in energy and stamina.

The International EECP® Patient Registry (IEPR) collects data on the safety, effectiveness, and long-term benefits of Cardio Bed Therapy. The data collected thus far has shown that the benefits of this therapy can last up to three years after completing the first course (35 hours) of treatment. Other smaller studies have shown the benefits last up to five years in some patients. With lifestyle modifications such as improvements to diet and exercise, the benefits can last even longer.

No. While EECP is FDA recognised for the management of angina and heart failure, many of our clients use the Cardio Bed as a proactive cardiovascular wellness tool — to boost circulation, increase energy, reduce inflammation and support their heart health naturally. You do not need a diagnosis to benefit. We will discuss whether it is the right fit for you during your Discovery Session.

A full course of EECP is 35 hours, typically delivered in one-hour sessions over several weeks. Many clients begin to notice improvements in energy and circulation within the first few sessions. We work with each client individually to build a schedule that suits their situation and goals — and we will give you a clear picture of what to expect during your Discovery Session.

Absolutely — and we often recommend it as part of a broader healing plan. The Cardio Bed works particularly well alongside our nutritional and lifestyle guidance, AO Scan assessment and Restorative Bodywork. Improved circulation and reduced inflammation support every other healing modality we offer.
